By booking a session with Realty Shots of NH, LLC, you agree to the following terms: All photographs, videos, and related content produced by Realty Shots remain the photographer's intellectual property unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the media to market the specific property photographed. Redistribution, resale, or use for any other purpose (including marketing other properties or businesses) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Payment is due in full upon delivery of the final images unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
